Allison K. Romantz

Allison K. Romantz is a partner in the Boston law firm of Morgan, Brown & Joy, LLP. Allison represents employers in a wide range of employment matters, including defending employers who have been sued by their employees for discrimination, wrongful termination, defamation, breach of contract and related claims. She also advises clients on employment issues such as compliance with regulations, investigating internal complaints of harassment and discrimination, dealing with problem employees and terminating the employment relationship. Allison is a frequent speaker to employer and trade organizations on labor and employment law matters.

Allison received her B.A. degree from Cornell University and is a cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School. She is a member of the Massachusetts American and Boston Bar Associations.
