Christopher S. Feudo
Christopher S. Feudo, an associate with the firm, represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters. His practice includes representing clients in employment litigation, including matters involving claims of employment discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, breach of non-competition and other employment agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets, and various employment-related torts. He has appeared before several state and federal courts and regularly handles matters before government agencies such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. Additionally, Chris counsels clients in complying with various state and federal employment laws, including Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and related state statutes. He also has experience representing clients before the National Labor Relations Board in matters involving representation petitions and unfair labor practice charges.
A graduate of Brown University (magna cum laude), Chris received his law degree from Boston University School of Law (cum laude). During law school, Chris worked as a law clerk in the Boston University Office of the General Counsel and served as Managing Editor of the American Journal of Law & Medicine. Prior to joining MBJ, Chris was an associate practicing labor and employment law and business litigation in the Boston office of a large regional firm.
Chris is a member of the Massachusetts bar and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. In addition, he is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and Boston Bar Association. Chris is also a graduate of the MCAD’s Certified Train-the-Trainer program.
