Sarah Mullen

Sarah, an  associate with the firm, advises clients on a wide variety of state and federal laws that effect the workplace, including laws governing wages and hours, fair employment practices, disability/reasonable accommodations, discrimination, wrongful termination, family and medical leave, reductions in force, plant closings, background and credit investigations and more.  She also helps employers draft and enforce non-competition, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements. Sarah represents clients in litigation matters before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, as well as before state and federal courts.  Sarah also practices traditional labor law, representing and counseling management in a variety of matters, including collective bargaining negotiations and arbitrations. 

Sarah is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut (with honors) and the George Washington University School of Law (with high honors and Order of the Coif), where she was a member of the George Washington Law Review.  Prior to joining Morgan, Brown & Joy, Sarah was an associate with McDermott Will & Emery LLP in Boston, MA. 

Sarah is a member of the bars of Massachusetts and Maine and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the District of Massachusetts and Maine.  Sarah is also co-chair of the Membership Committee of the Women’s Bar Association
