Tracy Thomas Boland
Tracy Thomas Boland is an associate with Morgan, Brown & Joy, having joined the firm in 2002. Her practice includes litigation of employment claims and providing employment law counseling to clients. Tracy handles matters spanning the full range of employment law issues, including claims of discrimination and harassment, leaves of absence violations, breaches of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, wage and hour violations, and tort-based claims arising from employment issues. Tracy represents clients before administrative agencies and state and federal courts.
Tracy is a graduate of the University of Vermont (B.A., 1994) and New England School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1997). After graduating from law school, Tracy served as a judicial law clerk to the judges of the Massachusetts Superior Court and Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. Tracy is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association (Employment Law Section), the Boston Bar Association (Labor and Employment Law Section), and the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce. Tracy also serves on the Board of Directors to the Massachusetts Chapter of the Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing and serves on the Advisory Committee of the Clarke School for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children. Tracy has been recognized as a "Rising Star" in the fields of employment law and employment litigation defense by Boston Magazine's Super Lawyers edition (2007 and 2008).
