On October 20-21, 2008, MBJ attorneys Nicholas DiGiovanni and Diane M. Saunders will be on the faculty presenting at the MCLE's annual program on Labor and Employment Law Basics.  Nick will be discussing the National Labor Relations Act while Diane will be discussing laws regarding leaves of absence.  While MCLE programs are generally geared towards attorneys and in-house counsel, senior executives in charge of HR may also find this seminar informative.  The program will be held at the MCLE's headquarters in Boston, MA.
