Overview
Adrian Bispham counsels company management on both daily operational matters and employment law disputes. Adrian advises clients on many issues stemming from the employer-employee relationship, such as accommodations, contracts, compliance, discrimination, discipline, harassment, and termination. Adrian is deeply committed to helping clients establish, update, and implement trainings, employment policies, and operational procedures so that businesses run with minimal legal distractions.
Adrian applies his direct experience as chair of the Suffolk County District Attorneys’ office Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to his legal counsel. He works collaboratively with human resources professionals to develop trainings, handbooks, and business documentation that supports diversity as an organizational core value.
With over 60 trials (including jury and bench) across the span of his career, Adrian is a tenacious professional who is driven to resolve disputes through negotiations, arbitration, and trial. He is known for handling complex and often emotionally charged cases with grace and versatility. In addition to his work in employment litigation, Adrian’s experience includes complex civil litigation matters related to healthcare insurance fraud recovery actions, Federal False Claims, Whistleblower, and the federal RICO Act.
Prior to joining Morgan, Brown & Joy, Adrian served the Suffolk County District Attorneys’ office for over a decade. His background is expansive, including prosecuting with the crime strategies bureau, as the West Roxbury Division Supervisor, and in the Major Felony, Roxbury and West Roxbury Divisions.
The Personal Perspective
Adrian believes that resiliency and the ability to push through adversity is critical to overall success. After personally discovering the many benefits of physical fitness, Adrian became a fitness instructor and teaches at two Boston-area boxing gyms. Through his classes, Adrian enjoys establishing fitness goals and building a pathway for personal achievement. Whether in the gym or at the firm, Adrian employs education, motivation, and support to help achieve results that make a lasting difference for his clients.
