Desiree Murphy counsels employers on labor and employment matters including discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wage and hour disputes. Her labor practice centers on advising employers in collective bargaining and grievance and arbitration proceedings.

Before being named an associate at the firm, Desiree worked in the Department of Labor Relations for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, where she represented and advised management in connection with labor matters and disputes. Additionally, while in law school Desiree was an intern at Morgan, Brown & Joy, LLP as well as at the Department of Labor in the Office of Administrative Law Judges.
