Jaclyn McNeely counsels and represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including workplace discrimination, leave laws, wage and hour disputes, collective bargaining and grievance arbitration, unfair labor practices, and any related litigation that may arise. She is a particularly skilled writer, regularly preparing client alerts on trends in labor and employment law. Clients appreciate Jaclyn’s diligent, organized and detailed handling of matters that helps them maintain daily operations.
Prior to joining Morgan, Brown & Joy, Jaclyn worked at another law firm counseling and representing plaintiffs in a variety of employment-related issues including discrimination, wage and hour, and contract disputes. During this time, Jaclyn gained critical perspective on employer/employee relationships, as well as practical drafting and negotiation skills that help achieve successful resolutions. Jaclyn also has experience working with public sector unions and municipalities in connection with collective bargaining, unfair labor practices and civil service issues. In her practice, Jaclyn appears on behalf of clients before various administrative agencies, including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and Department of Labor Relations, as well as in arbitration, mediation, and state court.
