Damien M. DiGiovanni to Speak at Boston Bar Association’s Labor Law Basics Seminar

Morgan, Brown & Joy Partner Damien M. DiGiovanni will be a panelist at the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) Labor Law Basics seminar, January 18, 2019 in Boston, MA. DiGiovanni will discuss relevant labor statutes, rules and regulations as well as special considerations for attorneys in the private and public sector. His panel will also explore the different types of labor representation.

DiGiovanni’s labor law practice includes representing employers in public and private sector contract negotiation, collective bargaining, grievance arbitration and in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, the Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations, and state and federal courts. DiGiovanni is a member of the bars of Massachusetts and Connecticut and a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section and the College and University Law Section of the Boston Bar Association. He has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in the field of employment and labor law by New England Super Lawyers.
