On March 24, 2018, Maura McLaughlin will be speaking on a panel on “Women and Workplace Equality” as part of the annual UMass Women Into Leadership Workshop. The panel, which also includes the Honorable Kimberley Driscoll, Mayor of Salem, Massachusetts, and Commissioner Monserrate Quiñones of the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, will address topics including the gender wage gap, employment discrimination and harassment, and initiatives aimed at improving workplace equality.
