Morgan, Brown & Joy’s Jaclyn Kugell and Gregory Manousos to Speak at MCLE’s 23rd Annual Virtual Employment Law Conference

Morgan, Brown & Joy attorneys Jaclyn Kugell and Gregory Manousos will participate at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) Bar Association’s 23rd Annual Virtual Employment Law Conference on Friday, December 4, 2020. Kugell is co-chairing the event and Manousos will be speaking on best practices for ADR and trial practice. 

MCLE’s 23rd Annual Employment Law Conference features expert practitioners who will discuss the impact of new statutes, regulations, and MCAD policies and procedures. Additionally, presenters will share current philosophies, assessments, and strategies for dealing with a variety of practical employment law issues.

Kugell is an established employment lawyer who counsels business owners and management through virtually every scenario surrounding the employer-employee relationship. As Chair of Morgan, Brown & Joy’s Management Committee, she brings strong leadership skills to clients, helping them to make important business decisions and manage their operations efficiently while minimizing risks.
