Kawka will serve as a panelist on the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s (MCLE) webcast, “Roadmap for Re-Opening the Workplace in Phase I: The 60-Minute Lawyer,” on May 28, 2020. Kawka will discuss compliance issues that employers must consider when navigating the first phase of Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker’s, “Reopening Massachusetts,” plan. Kawka will also cover the general guidelines that businesses need to follow and how they can reopen safely.
