POSTPONED: Morgan, Brown & Joy’s Tracy Thomas Boland to Present Interactive Employee Relations Program to NEHRA Members

Due to concerns over the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), NEHRA has decided to postpone the April 8th breakfast, “Stories and Lessons from Real Life Employee Relations Scenarios,” in Norwood, MA, featuring Tracy Thomas Boland. We will let you know the new date when the event is rescheduled. 

Morgan, Brown & Joy Attorney Tracy Thomas Boland will present at the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) program, “Stories and Lessons From Real Life Employee Relations Scenarios,” April 8, 2020 in Norwood, MA. Boland will provide practical tips on how to handle employee relations issues promptly, thoroughly and effectively, and best practices for conducting a defensible and useful investigation. 

Boland is a Partner at Morgan Brown & Joy, LLP. She counsels clients on the full range of employment law issues from hiring to firing including, performance management, investigations, wage and hour issues, leaves of absence and the accommodations process, discrimination and harassment issues and investigations and reductions in force. Boland also drafts and revises employee handbooks, employment agreements and severance and settlement agreements. She particularly enjoys supporting her clients with novel and emerging legal issues such as pay equity and the ever-growing number of paid leave laws.
