Goodrich presented the webinar, “On the Clock: Navigating Predictive Scheduling & Fair Workweek Laws,” to the National Retail Federation’s (NRF) Employment Law and Benefits Committee on September 28, 2026. Goodrich discussed the current landscape of predictive scheduling laws, high risk provisions, enforcement issues and concerns, and shared practical takeaways for compliance with these complex requirements.
Goodrich represents employers both locally and nationally in a wide variety of employment related matters. As a litigator, he appears regularly in federal and state courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, and numerous other state anti-discrimination agencies across the country.
