Morgan, Brown & Joy’s Gregory A. Manousos Presents at AISNE Business Officers Retreat 2018

Morgan, Brown & Joy, LLP partner, Gregory A. Manousos, will speak at the Association of Independent Schools in New England (AISNE) Business Officers Retreat, November 7 – 8, 2018 at Babson Executive Conference Center. He will lead a breakout session on “New Laws Impacting Independent Schools,” which will address the impact of the Equal Pay Act, parental leave and minimum wage on schools.

Manousos’ practice focuses on a broad variety of employment disputes, including claims involving discrimination and harassment, Family and Medical Leave Act, denial of tenure, wage and hour, and non-competition agreements. He routinely handles cases in federal and state courts, as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, U.S. Department of Labor, and numerous other enforcement agencies throughout New England and beyond.

The AISNE Business Officers Retreat brings together independent school CFOs, COOs, admissions and enrollment management directors, and development and financial aid directors to share insights and develop ideas for addressing current opportunity areas within their schools.
