Morgan, Brown & Joy partners Jaclyn L. Kugell and Gregory A. Manousos will present at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) 28th Annual Employment Law Conference on December 5, 2025. As conference co-chair, Kugell will provide welcome and opening remarks. Manousos will present on the panel, “Navigating Employment Law Under President Trump: The Executive Orders and So Much More.”
MCLE’s 28th Annual Employment Law Conference features expert practitioners who will cover the effect of new statutes and regulations, updates from the MCAD, and discuss recent court decisions that impact employment law. Kugell, a member of the MCLE Board of Trustees, is an established employment lawyer who counsels business owners and management through virtually every scenario surrounding the employer-employee relationship. He also works with colleges, universities, and independent schools in handling sensitive and complex litigation involving students, including cases involving sexual misconduct, other behavioral issues, and academic matters. A seasoned trial attorney, Manousos has tried more than 15 cases to verdict in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and before administrative agencies.
