Morgan, Brown & Joy Adds Melanie Stallone as an Associate
Boston labor and employment law firm Morgan, Brown & Joy announces that Melanie Stallone has joined the firm as an associate. Stallone defends employers in disputes arising from the employer-employee relationship.
In her practice, Stallone helps company management respond to and resolve allegations of wrongdoing involving discrimination, retaliation, wage violations, leave compliance, and wrongful termination. She advocates on clients’ behalf before federal and state courts and administrative agencies and represents employers in settlement negotiations and mediations.
Prior to joining the firm, Stallone was an associate at a boutique law firm. She also served as a law clerk to the Hon. Ralph E. Amirata in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Morristown.
Stallone received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her B.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
