Morgan, Brown & Joy Adds Richard V. Gello as an Associate

Boston labor and employment law firm Morgan, Brown & Joy announces that Richard V. Gello has joined the firm as an associate. 

Gello counsels private and public sector employers in labor and employment matters. Gello’s extensive labor law experience includes handling discipline, performance management, and collective bargaining negotiations. He assists employers with all legal aspects of working harmoniously with labor unions.

Prior to joining Morgan, Brown & Joy, Gello was the Director of Labor Relations at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Revenue, handling all the labor relations and union negotiations. In addition to acting as a hearing officer for disciplinary and grievance hearings, his experience includes all matters of dispute resolution as well as presenting before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Massachusetts Civil Service Commission. 

Gello earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, cum laude, and a B.S., summa cum laude, from Suffolk University. In addition, he received a Certificate in Public Service Leadership and Management from Suffolk’s Moakley Center for Public Management.
