Morgan, Brown & Joy Partner Alexandra L. Pichette Presents MCLE Program, “Roadmap to the ADA Interactive Process”

Morgan, Brown & Joy Partner Alexandra L. Pichette will present the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) program, “Roadmap to the ADA Interactive Process,” on May 5, 2026. Pichette and fellow faculty will explore the interactive process under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and parallel state law, and discuss how employment lawyers can advise clients about medical leave, remote work, and workplace redesign in the context of determining the rights of employees with disabilities seeking accommodations.

A recorded webcast of the program will be available on May 20 and 28. To learn more and register, visit here

Pichette represents employers in labor and employment matters in state and federal court, in private arbitration, and before administrative agencies, including the EEOC, NLRB, MCAD, the Office of the Attorney General, the Department of Labor, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Office of the Labor Commissioner, and other state agencies. She also provides her clients with daily employment counsel and advice, and guides employer management teams in the preparation of employee handbooks, policies, personnel decisions and hiring practices, through employee separations, workplace investigations, and administration of employee leaves, and with respect to compliance with other state and federal employment statutes.
