Morgan, Brown & Joy Partner Alexandra L. Pichette to Co-Chair MCLE Program, “Roadmap to the ADA Interactive Process”

Morgan, Brown & Joy partner Alexandra L. Pichette will co-chair the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) program, “Roadmap to the ADA Interactive Process,” on May 9, 2025. Pichette and fellow faculty will explore the rights of employees with disabilities seeking accommodations in the evolving landscape of paid family and medical leave, remote work, and workplace redesign. Topics include: 

  • What Triggers the Employer’s Obligations to Engage in the Interactive Process?
  • Best Practices for Seeking and Conducting the Interactive Process
  • What Is Considered an “Accommodation”—and What Isn’t—in the Changing Workplace?
  • Accommodations for Mental Health Issues
