Pichette represents employers in labor and employment matters in state and federal court, in private arbitration, and before administrative agencies, including the EEOC, the NLRB, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Office of the Attorney General, the Department of Labor, and California’s Department of Fair Employment and Housing and office of the Labor Commissioner and other state agencies. She also provides her clients with daily employment counsel and advice, and guides employer management teams in the preparation of employee handbooks, policies, personnel decisions, and hiring practices, through employee separations, workplace investigations, and administration of employee leaves, and with respect to compliance with other state and federal employment statutes.
