Morgan, Brown & Joy partner Damien M. DiGiovanni will present the Boston Bar Association (BBA) program, “The Supremes – A Review of Recent Labor and Employment Decisions from the Supreme Court,” on September 17, 2025. Along with fellow panelists, DiGiovanni will discuss recent decisions from the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the United States Supreme Court affecting labor and employment law.
The panel will also cover topics including important updates in religious accommodations, wage and hour laws, family and medical leave, tenure protections for university professors, and the standards of proof under Title VII, and the Fair Labor Standards Act. DiGiovanni represents public and private sector clients in various industries, including higher education, transportation, retail, public utilities, municipalities and health care, both in Massachusetts and across the country.
