Morgan, Brown & Joy partner Gregory A. Manousos presented at The Cranberry Group’s Spring 2026 Risk Management Forum on March 31, 2026. Manousos led the sessions, “Navigating Complex ELL Claims,” providing an overview of each stage of litigation when a legal claim is brought by employees or students, and “ELL Case Study Deep Dive,” guiding attendees through a case study activity regarding best practices for handling each stage of a complex ELL claim process and case. 

The Spring 2026 Risk Management Forum, co-presented by The Cranberry Group, Arthur J. Gallagher, and United Educators, brought together senior leaders from dozens of private and independent K-12 schools to discuss compliance issues, risk management, and strategies for handling complex legal claims brought by employees and students. The forum was held at the Middlesex School in Concord, Massachusetts. 

Manousos is a litigator and counselor to colleges, universities, independent schools, businesses, non-profit organizations, and retailers. He helps clients navigate discrimination and harassment claims, Family and Medical Leave Act claims, denial of tenure claims, wage and hour disputes, and litigation involving non-competition agreements. He also works with colleges, universities, and independent schools in handling sensitive and complex litigation involving students, including cases involving sexual misconduct, other behavioral issues, and academic matters. A seasoned trial attorney, Manousos has tried more than 15 cases to verdict in jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and before administrative agencies.
