Morgan, Brown & Joy partner Gregory A. Manousos will present at the Flaschner Judicial Institute workshop, “Panel Voir Dire: Practical Tools and Techniques,” on May 12, 2026. Designed for judges and trial practitioners, the program will offer a collaborative forum to exchange perspectives, refine jury selection techniques, and strengthen courtroom practice. Along with fellow panelists, Manousos will address governing rules, best practices, and logistical considerations with respect to the use of attorney-conducted voir dire in Massachusetts courts.
