Morgan, Brown & Joy partner Jeffrey S. Siegel will speak at the Startup Boston Week program, “DEI in the Crosshairs: Navigating Challenges and Driving Impact Through Inclusive Strategies,” on September 11, 2025 at Suffolk University. Along with fellow panelists, Siegel will explore how startups can continue prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in a way that is both impactful and legally sound. 

The session, designed for startup founders, people operations leaders, and legal and compliance professionals, will cover key insights on:

Siegel represents employers in virtually every labor and employment scenario.
