Morgan, Brown & Joy Partner Ryan W. Jaziri to Chair MCLE Program, “Update on Reverse Discrimination Claims”

Morgan, Brown & Joy partner Ryan W. Jaziri will present on the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) program, “Update on Reverse Discrimination Claims,” on January 15, 2026. As Chair of the program, Jaziri will provide opening remarks and will lead the session, “Landscape of DEI in Today’s World.” The presentation will cover the implications, key takeaways, and important updates on the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) shifts in guidance on reverse discrimination claims in light of several 2025 decisions.
