Morgan, Brown & Joy partner Shane R. Goodrich presented the webinar, “The New Religious Agenda: Navigating Higher Standards and EEOC Scrutiny,” to the National Retail Federation’s (NRF) Employment Law Committee on April 20, 2026. Goodrich discussed current EEOC guidelines, cases, and trends, as well as important takeaways for employers pertaining to religious accommodations and practices.
Goodrich is an experienced and skilled litigator who represents employers in a variety of labor and employment litigation, including claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour violations, Family and Medical Leave Act claims, wrongful terminations and contract disputes.
