Morgan, Brown & Joy Serves as Host Firm for ELA’s 2026 ELA North America Event in Boston

Morgan, Brown & Joy has partnered with the Employment Law Alliance (ELA) to serve as the host firm for the organization’s 2026 North America Event on April 16, 2026. Designed for attorneys and HR professionals, the conference will feature a full day of timely insights, practical guidance, and meaningful connection. As the exclusive Massachusetts member of ELA, the firm will host a cocktail reception for attendees and guests.

Additionally, Morgan, Brown & Joy will present on two panel discussions:

  • Managing Partner Jaclyn L. Kugell will moderate the session, “What’s Keeping You Up at Night?,” which will dive into the most pressing workplace challenges facing employers today, including litigation exposure and regulatory scrutiny, workforce planning, culture, union activity, the continuously evolving issues related to “where” employees work, and managing outside counsel. The session will also address how leaders are prioritizing risk, where they are investing resources, and the concrete steps they are taking to protect their organizations.
  • Partner Damien M. DiGiovanni will present on the panel, “Inside Washington: Emerging Employment & Labor Law Trends in the US,” providing a comprehensive overview of emerging trends, new regulations, and enforcement priorities from key federal agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board, Department of Labor, EEOC, and immigration authorities. The panel will also offer practical insight on preparing for policy swings and enforcement momentum.

Partner Jeffrey S. Siegel will also moderate a session for ELA member firms.
