Morgan, Brown & Joy partner Damien DiGiovanni will present on the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) webinar, “Navigating Noncompetes in a Shifting Legal Landscape,” on June 14, 2023. DiGiovanni, along with fellow faculty, will discuss the implications of the recent National Labor Relations Board memorandum proclaiming that virtually all employee noncompetes are illegal under the National Labor Relations Act. DiGiovanni will also provide insights on how employers can achieve compliance and protect their legitimate business interests under the new memo, and will share practical tips on drafting noncompetes and managing the evolving landscape of changing laws and judicial considerations.
