 Morgan, Brown & Joy partners Jaclyn L. Kugell and Sean P. O’Connor will present at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) 25th Annual Employment Law Conference 2022 on December 2, 2022. As conference co-chair, Kugell will provide welcome and opening remarks. O’Connor will present on the keynote panel, “Wage & Hour Updates—Growing Reach of MA Wage Act.” The 2022 MCLE Employment Law Conference will cover a variety of critical employment law topics and trends, including developments under the FLSA and MA Wage Act, the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the workplace, virtual proceedings, and changes to the Federal Arbitration Act.
