Morgan, Brown & Joy’s Jeffrey S. Siegel to Present to the Nonprofit Financial Managers Group on “Vaccine Nation: Return to Work and Employer Obligations”

Morgan, Brown & Joy attorney Jeffrey S. Siegel will present a webinar entitled, “Vaccine Nation: Return to Work and Employer Obligations,” to members of the Nonprofit Financial Managers (NPFM) Group on March 25, 2021. Siegel will cover employer considerations, with respect to COVID-19 vaccination policies, when reopening their businesses.

Siegel represents employers in virtually every labor and employment scenario. He advises on and prepares restrictive covenant agreements, including agreements under the Massachusetts Noncompetition Agreement Act, and litigates to enforce or defeat non-competition, non-solicitation, and trade secret matters. He also counsels clients in day-to-day human resources matters, including employment policies and handbooks, wage and hour matters, bonus and commission plans, layoffs, and employee leave issues.

The NPFM group is the one organization in Boston geared to meeting the needs of not-for-profit financial managers. Run by a volunteer steering committee of its members, the group provides a forum for discussion of the current issues facing non-profit financial professionals.
