Morgan, Brown & Joy Attorney Tracy Thomas Boland will speak at the Northeast Human Resources Association’s (NEHRA) 2020 HR Legal Summit, May 14, 2020 in Waltham, MA. Boland’s session, “Social Media: What’s An Employer to Do in a World of Tweets, Slack, Posts and Likes,” will guide attendees on how to manage employee social media conduct.
Boland will address the following topics:

- When employers can discipline employees for work-related posts and activity
- When employers can discipline employees for non-work-related posts and activity
Boland is a Partner at Morgan Brown & Joy, LLP.
