There is a new labor environment impacting our campuses, and new workplace practices and policies which need to be reviewed and revisited. Across the United States, adjunct and part-time faculty are playing an even more important role on many campuses. The relationships between the adjunct and part-time faculty and the college or university deserve serious attention starting with the appointment and continuing throughout the employment relationship. In addition, what impact will the NLRB’s recent handling of the AMR Case, which heralds a policy of aggressively scrutinizing employer policies that restrict employees’ use of Facebook and other social media, have on campus.

Registration is required.  In addition, those who plan on attending will need to obtain a parking pass from AICUM.  For more information on the program and to register, please email
