Morgan, Brown & Joy Adds Former MA Assistant District Attorney Adrian Bispham as an Associate

Boston labor and employment law firm Morgan, Brown & Joy is pleased to announce that former Massachusetts Assistant District Attorney, Adrian Bispham, has joined the firm as an associate. Bispham, who brings over a decade of litigation experience, will counsel company management on both daily operational matters and employment law disputes. 

Bispham advises clients on many issues stemming from the employer-employee relationship, such as accommodations, contracts, compliance, discrimination, discipline, harassment, and termination. Additionally, Bispham helps clients establish, update, and implement trainings, employment policies, and operational procedures so that businesses run with minimal legal distractions. 

With over 60 trials (including jury and bench) across the span of his career, Bispham is known for handling complex cases, including employment and civil litigation matters related to healthcare insurance fraud recovery actions, Federal False Claims, Whistleblower, and the federal RICO Act. 

Prior to joining Morgan, Brown & Joy, Bispham served the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office for over a decade and chaired the office’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. His background also includes prosecuting with the Crime Strategies Bureau, as the West Roxbury Division Supervisor, and in the Major Felony, Roxbury and West Roxbury Divisions.

Bishpham received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and a B.A. from Florida International University.
