Morgan, Brown & Joy Attorney Cassandra S. Fuller Presents at NBI Advanced Human Resource Law Seminar
Morgan, Brown & Joy attorney Cassandra S. Fuller presented at the National Business Institute’s (NBI) Advanced Human Resource Law seminar on December 17, 2025. Fuller presented the session, “Handbook Policies in the Digital Age,” discussing the importance of implementing new employment policies, such as those on telecommuting and the use of AI, and continuing to update them as technology advances. Fuller also presented a second session, “Overcoming Difficulties with Discrimination and Harassment Claims,” which covered best practices for handling discrimination or harassment complaints, and what employers can do to mitigate the impact of a discrimination complaint on the workplace.
Fuller counsels and defends private employers and not-for-profit corporations across all labor and employment matters. Her experience addresses all matters of workplace discrimination and harassment, employee discipline, retaliation, termination, employee leave matters, and employment policy development. In addition to her litigation experience at both the federal and state court levels, Fuller also represents clients in administration matters involving federal and state agencies. She presents before government agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the Department of Labor, and other state anti-discrimination agencies.
