Morgan, Brown & Joy Mourns the Loss of Longtime Partner Nathan L. Kaitz
It is with a deep sense of loss that Boston labor and employment law firm Morgan, Brown & Joy announces the passing of esteemed colleague and friend Nathan L. Kaitz. Nathan began his legal career in 1978 as a Field Attorney for the National Labor Relations Board. He then joined Morgan, Brown & Joy as an associate in 1981 becoming a partner in 1988. In the course of his career, he handled many significant labor cases across the United States. He was well respected in the labor law community among lawyers, arbitrators and judges.
Nathan was an active member of the local community, including as past president of the Board of Directors of Camp Yavneh, past member of the Board of Overseers of Hebrew College, honorary director of Jewish Vocational Services, and former Trustee and Chairman of the Personnel Committee of Temple Israel.
Nathan will be remembered as a lawyer who practiced with intellectual integrity and professional courtesy and as a collegial colleague. He will be greatly missed. The firm is grateful that he was a part of the Morgan, Brown & Joy family.
