Morgan, Brown & Joy partners Jaclyn L. Kugell and Andrea E. Zoia will present at the 2024 Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) FMLA/ADA Employer Compliance Conference on March 26, 2024. Kugell and Zoia will present the panel, “FMLA & ADA: Year in Review,” discussing recent decisions from courts and government agencies interpreting the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act, as well as legislative and agency developments that impact the workplace.

This conference brings together absence and disability professionals to examine and discuss common questions and solutions regarding employee paid leave programs, whether family, medical, or mental-health related, as well as opportunities brought by corresponding legislation.
