Morgan, Brown & Joy’s Shane Goodrich to Present at MBA’s 44th Annual Labor and Employment Spring Conference

Morgan, Brown & Joy partner Shane Goodrich will present at the Massachusetts Bar Association’s (MBA) 44th Annual Labor and Employment Spring Conference on May 24, 2023. Goodrich will serve as a panelist for the Employment Law Update, in which he will discuss updates on recent employment law decisions from the past year from a management-side perspective, opposite fellow faculty presenting the employer-side perspective. 

The conference will include presentations by faculty, including a number of judges and accomplished attorneys, who have provided significant thought leadership in the areas of labor and employment law. In addition, the conference will feature a keynote speech from Jocelyn Samuels, Vice Chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
