Massachusetts Personal Information Law: Are You Ready?

  • The Comprehensive Information Security Program required by the law;
  • Minimum and “industry standard” compliance strategies;
  • Administrative, technical and physical safeguards of personal information;
  • How to identify and minimize external and internal security risks;
  • Personal information action plans;
  • Encryption, anti-spyware, anti-virus and other system security requirements; and
  • Hardware and software requirements.

With a January 1, 2010 implementation deadline, the time is now to learn about this law and ensure your business is in compliance.
