Morgan, Brown & Joy’s Jaclyn L. Kugell and Andrea E. Zoia to Present at 2023 DMEC Virtual Compliance Conference

Morgan, Brown & Joy partners Jaclyn L. Kugell and Andrea E. Zoia will present at the 2023 Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) Virtual Compliance Conference on May 3, 2023. Both attorneys will present the panel, “FMLA & ADA: Year in Review,” and will discuss recent developments in the interpretation of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and how they affect the workplace and guide decision-making in administering employee leaves and accommodations.

The conference brings together absence and disability professionals to examine and discuss common questions and solutions regarding employee paid leave programs, whether family, medical, or mental-health related, as well as opportunities brought by corresponding legislation.
