Jaclyn L. Kugell

Jaclyn L. Kugell is a partner at Morgan, Brown & Joy. Since 1992, Jackie has represented employers in the Massachusetts Courts, various United States Federal District Courts including Georgia, Kentucky, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio and Rhode Island, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First and Eleventh Circuits, in employment litigation matters.

Jackie has also represented employers at various State and Federal agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), the Rhode Island Human Rights Commission, the New Hampshire Human Rights Commission, the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Civil Service Commission. She also represents employers at arbitration hearings and negotiates collective bargaining agreements.

Jackie regularly conducts seminars and training programs on unlawful harassment, preventing discrimination and fostering diversity, effectuating reasonable accommodations, effective and defensible disciplinary tools, supervisory skills, progressive discipline, lawful hiring practices, the Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA"), the interrelationship of the FMLA, disability discrimination laws, and workers' compensation statutes and integrated leave and attendance programs. She also advises employers on the variety of labor and employment law issues.

Jackie graduated cum laude from Brandeis University and is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law.
